Where is my purchase?

If you’ve bought something on Mineville but it hasn’t shown up in-game, don’t worry — most issues are easy to fix.

🛠️ Try the following:

• Rejoin the server – This refreshes your account and often delivers the item
• Make sure you're logged into the correct Microsoft account that made the purchase
• Check your internet connection – A weak connection can delay delivery
